A Kick Start to Healthy Eating
A little while ago I wrote about my belief that there is no magic bullet. I certainly did not mean to leave anyone hanging as to what might be a healthy option. So I’d like to share with you a healthy meal plan that was created by a registered dietician for Zoe Foods. In working with this dietician, our goal was to create a meal plan that would help you to learn what a balanced diet would be like for one week. The thought is that you can then continue with these eating habits and add your own combinations and variety. We wanted to help get you started. We also learned that every day does not have to, nor can it be perfect. But over the course of a week, you will have eaten healthfully, and hopefully enjoyed your meals, as well as learned that it’s not as hard as it looks.
